As our Head of Marketing, you will lead all marketing efforts to attract new users and help us scale. Your initial focus would be to identify the right audience, channels, and messaging to achieve audience-channel fit. You will gather insights from both paid and non-paid marketing channels, using this data to optimize performance and product strategies. You'll be instrumental in gathering and analyzing data from various formats (focus groups, surveys, data analysis), driving product decisions, managing top-of-funnel flows, optimizing landing pages, and guiding a team to execute paid and non-paid marketing strategies. Once the right fit is found, you will also be responsible for scaling user acquisition, the marketing team and operations.
